RECIPE OF THE WEEK: BANANA-PECAN PROTEIN PANCAKES

Here's an awesome way to start your day - A healthy breakfast!
These pancakes are great tasting, easy to make, and an excellent source of protein, good carbs, and healthy fats. Enjoy!







INGREDIENTS
Egg Whites
Oatmeal
Banana
Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Protein Powder
Cinnamon
Fresh Strawberries
Stevia


DIRECTIONS:
1) In a bowl mix:
1/4 cup Egg Whites
half a mashed up Banana
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1 tbsp LowFat Cottage Cheese
1 scoop of Protein Powder
1/4 cup of Pecans
a sprinkle of Cinnamon

2) Spray griddle with all-natural Olive Oil cooking spray
3) Cook your pancake batter on medium heat
4) Flip when bubbles form on top
5) Sweeten the pancakes with Stevia & Fresh Strawberries
