Here's part 1 of our Summer Workout Series using a Medicine Ball. If you don't have a med ball you can use a basketball or some form of hand weight. It's a 40-20 Interval Workout using 8 moves. Repeat each circuit twice for a total body 16:00 workout.
1) Diagonal Lift - Right
2) Diagonal Lift - Left
3) Squat Press
4) Squat Thrust
5) Knee-Ins
6) Pushup Variation
7) V-Sit Core Twist
8) Spider-Man Lunges
