MEMORIAL DAY TOTAL BODY INTERVAL WORKOUT

If your looking to get in a complete workout on your own this weekend with no equipment here's a Total Body Fat Burn Circuit that will give you excellent Strength Training, Core Work, & Cardio Training all in less than a half-hour to accomplish:





DYNAMIC WARMUP:
Bird Dog 20 x
T-Twists 20 x
Walking Lunges 20 Steps
5:00 Jog

16:00 30/30 INTERVAL WORKOUT
( 30 Sec Work + 30 Sec Rest)

1) Spider-Man Lunges
2) Jump Squats
3) Pushups (Modified or Regular)
4) Plank ( or a 1-Legged Plank)
5) Squat Thrust + Knee Ins
6) Side Lunges ( Right Side )
7) Side Lunges ( Left Side )
8) V-Sit Crunches

Perform the circuit twice

STATIC STRETCHING/ COOL DOWN
( :15 hold )
Quad Stretch
Side Oblique Stretch
Cradle Stretch
