GET SWIMSUIT READY WITH THIS SUMMER SLIMDOWN WORKOUT

This 4:00 workout will hit all the key spots to get you ready for bikini season this summer. Eight moves, :30 each done back-to-back and targeting the waist, hips, and thighs to keep you toned for your next trip to the beach or lake! For even better results use a resistance band and dumbbells for all the leg moves and repeat the circuit 2 - 3x.
