FASTFIT MOVE OF THE WEEK: THE POLE PUSH

Kneel on a yoga mat or a rolled up towel with your legs hip-width apart. Using a bar or short pole, place end 4 feet in front of you at a 45-degree angle and push the pole to parallel.


Keep your abs engaged throughout the movement and a neutral spine to prevent your back from swaying. You can advance this move by starting the pole further out as your core strength increases.
