Spooky Halloween Pumpkin Circuit Workout

Wondering what to do with that leftover pumpkin? Try this 4:00 Halloween workout that will scare the fat right off of ya!

This is a Tabata interval circuit, where you will perform each exercise for :20 at maximum intensity with a :10 rest in between. There are four moves that are repeated for the 8 sets.

1. Floor Jacks
2. V-sit + Side Rotations
3. Rollover Pushups
4. Jump Squats

Repeat for sets 5-8
