Summer is a great time for cool refreshing smoothies. Here's one that you can use to just cool off or as energizing drink before a workout. Our pre-workout snacks and meals should be eaten or drank with the idea of "fueling performance" and this one certainly does the trick!

Place ice in a blender along with the following ingredients for a tasty snack that will power-pack you for your workout!

Place ice in blender and add the following:

1/2 cup milk
1 Fruit cup
1 scoop of Protein powder
1/2 cup of Oatmeal
Blend to a good consistency and enjoy!
