SPARTACUS ENDURANCE WORKOUT FOR HOME OR TRAVEL

Here's an equipment-free home version of the Spartacus Endurance workout. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest and transition to the next exercise. Repeat each 5 station circuit 4x for a 20-minute workout.
