After an incredible month doing The Spartacus Workout and dialing in on our nutrition with The Zone and Paleo Diets, we now focus directly on our training, and specifically our metabolism. What is metabolism? It's, in simple terms, the rate our body burns calories.

For the month of May all of our camps will be following a program entitled Mission: Metabolism! This is going to be awesome! Ever feel like your doing really well with your diet, your hitting your workouts hard, and yet no results?
