RECIPE OF THE WEEK: FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Smoothies are one of the healthiest options you can make daily and perhaps one of the best choices when it comes to time and money. Easy-to-make, smoothies provide alot of bang for your buck!

Also, consuming smoothies from fruits and vegetables will fill your body with the full spectrum of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants, keep you hydrated, and give you plenty of natural fiber.


INGREDIENTS
1/2 Banana
4-5 Strawberries ( Depending on size )
2 Scoops of Protein Powder ( I use Nectar Chocolate Truffle )
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the banana and place in a blender with the rest of the ingredients
2. Blend until it has a smooth consistency.
