This is a tough but fun exercise for the Physio Ball. Learn the lift by practicing the Pike to Cobra Pose on the floor and progress to the ball. Begin with hands under your shoulder, weight on your toes, and pelvis dropped to the floor. Pressing through the toes and engaging your abs, lift your hips up into a pike position. Head is down in the downward dog position.
Once you've mastered the pike from the floor advance to performing this on a physio ball.
Walk out onto the ball until your shins are on the ball and hands under shoulder. Key point to this
