FASTFIT 4TH OF JULY COOKOUT RECIPES











FETA C
HEESE TURKEY BURGERS
INGREDIENTS
1 pound of 95% Fat Free Ground Turkey
1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
2 teaspoons dried Oregano
3 tbsp of Olive Oil
1/2 cup of Egg Whites
1 tbsp of Garlic

DIRECTIONS
Put your ground turkey in a large bowl.
Add in the Feta Cheese, Egg Whites, Oregano, Olive Oil & Garlic
Mix together and form into patties.

Place the patties on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
Flip the patties and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Wrap into large spinach leaves.

LOW FAT/LOW CAL MEXICAN CHEESE DIP


INGREDIENTS
16 oz. Low Fat/Low Cal Yogurt
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the Ranch dip with 16 oz. Yogurt in a medium sized bowl.
2. Let chill for an hour.
Serves 6-8
