FAT BURNING SNACKS


Wouldn't it be awesome to satisfy your cravings when you have the munchies and not only NOT worry about cheating your diet, but to actually burn fat while your munching away? Here's a list of snacks that are what's called 'negative-calorie' foods, which essentially means that it takes more calories for your body to digest these foods than there are calories IN the food. These simple easy-to-carry snacks will let you munch as the fat melts away!

Asparagus
Berries (Blackberries, Cranberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)
Cabbage
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Grapefruit
Lettuce
Oranges
Tangerines
