Bootcamp: Partner Training Workout

Here's an interactive workout you can do with a friend, loved one, or workout partner that you can do literally anywhere. Most movements utilize just the body weight of yourself or your partner to perform. If you have a medicine ball or a weighted object you can involve those too, but it's optional. Body weight itself makes for an incredible workout. Enjoy!
