Guilt Free Chocolate For Valentine's Day

With Valentine's Day upon us, and it being almost synonymous with chocolate & candy, here's some tips for enjoying some holiday treats without fearing every single calorie you take, here's a way for you to enjoy that Chocolate...Guilt Free!

Melt some dark chocolate on low heat; Cook until it's about halfway done, and then stir it until all of it is melted together with a smooth consistency. Dip with strawberries!

To increase the sweetness, you can melt in some white chocolate (milk chocolate) for taste.

Dark chocolate is much better for you than White Chocolate ( milk chocolate ), but if your needing that extra kick of sweetness, you can melt some white chocolate and drizzle it on top.

Aim for 70% cocoa, and eat away.

Here are some real advantages for eating dark chocolate:

1) lowers blood pressure
2) improves cardiovascular funtion
3) Contains a high amount of antioxidants

So enjoy your chocolate cravings this Valentine's - guilt free!

Happy Valentine's Day!
