FastFit Move Of The Week: Pushup Rows

This is great exercise to train the chest, back, and core. Start in a pushup position with your hands on the dumbbells and your feet slightly more than shoulder width apart. Stabilize your body on one arm and pull the dumbbell up to your ribs, pointing your elbow to the ceiling without twisting the hips.
For a more advanced moved perform a pushup in between of each row.
