With another successful month for weight loss it's time to announce last month's overall winner:

April's Biggest Loser is....

Michelle dropped 10.5 lbs for the month and overall has dropped an amazing 113 lbs!

Congratulations to her for all of her hard work and effort..it's definitely paid off!

"About 6 years ago, I threw that allto the wind and just gave up hope of ever having a healthy body. That was until a year and a half ago when I decided to tackle the problem head on,
full force with an "ain't nobody gonna stop me now" attitude. Getting downand dirty in finding out what would work for my body (calories are notcreated equal). I can truly say that one of the biggest impacts on me wasworking out in a way that would shock my system. Jeff's bootcamp has beentotally amazing. It has caused my body to react in an extremely positive
way. I love how his bootcamp is different every day. Couple that with mybig nutritional changes and I've been blessed with success. I've been onJeff's diet phases and they do work. I love how he motivates us everyday(encourages us with our pre/post workout meal, water consumption, at home workout plans, etc.).If you struggle to loose weight, I can say with all honesty that if I can do it, you can too. Set goals for yourself and celebrate each little
milestone. And remember, there is always hope...I'm living proof of that!"
