This move is a great training move for both upper body and core strength. It's broken down into three different levels based upon your level of fitness. If your just beginning an exercise program start at Level and learn the form first, and as you feel more comfortable advance through each level.
Important key points of the move is to maintain a neutral spine while in the pushup hold position. If you begin at Level 1, you'll want to think about keeping a straight line from your head to your knees, and if your performing Level 2 or 3 the straight line goes all the way to your feet.
