Level 1 - Split Stance To Lateral Raise
Level 2 - Split-Squat To Lateral Raise
#2 Side Lunge + Bicep Curl
Level 1 - Medium Resistance Band
Level 2 - Heavy Resistance Band
#3 Reverse Lunge + Row
Level 1 - Reverse Lunge, Row At The Top
Level 2 - Reverse Lunge + Row
#4 Forward Lunge + Chest Press
Level 1 - Split-Stance + Chest Press
Level 2 - Split-Squat + Chest Press
#5 X-Band Walks
Level 1 - X-Band Lateral Walk
Level 2 - X-Band Lateral Walk + Upright Row
Perform each move for 40 seconds followed by a 20 second rest.
Repeat this 5 exercise set 4 x for a 20:00 workout
