WEIGHT TRAINING v. BULKY MUSCLES

"When i weight train my legs get huge!"

"I don't want to look like a guy"

"I just want to tone up, not get bulky muscles."

Is this your fear? Well let's start with the basics:

#1 NOT IN THE GENES: Women simply do not contain the testosterone or hormone levels that it takes to add massive amounts of muscle. Except for those very rare females or the ones who "supplement" their diet with testosterone boosters, most women couldn't look like a bodybuilder if they tried. The majority of women wh
o do suffer from this look most likely have a good proportion of lean muscle with a layer of fat on top giving them the bulky look.

#2 TONE, TONE, TONE. Women must weight train in order to tone up their body. Adding lean muscle to your frame is going to give you a more smoother, solid look.

#3 BURN MORE CALORIES: Add 5 lbs of lean muscle and burn an extra 250 calories a day while at REST. That's right, your body must use considerably more calories in order to maintain muscle tissue versus fat which requires basically none. Increasing your ratio of lean muscle will transform your body into a 24/7 fat-burning machine!

#4 CELLULITE SMOOTHING
: Don't waste your $$ on cellulite creams. These only temporarily fill the area around the fat with water giving the appearance of a smoother look. Instead weight train! Add lean muscle in that area and you'll
have a smoother look that will also last!

#5 POSTURE & PROTECTION: Weight training will also give you better posture, strengthen your bones, and help prevent
injury.

Basically...don't be afraid to weight train! If you do feel like your getting bulky then continue to do weight training, but increase your cardio and focus more on your diet.

Get strong & Get lean!
