The Biggest Loser for the Month of June was...

Sara Lunsford!

Sara lost
20 lbs over a period of 6 weeks while training to compete in the Mrs. Arkansas Pageant last month. After giving birth to twins a while back, she made a huge commitment towards focusing on regaining a high level of fitness. Beginning with a strict diet plan of healthy, all-natural foods and adding strength, core & cardiovascular training to her daily routine, Sara made huges strides this spring for herself. Not just in the loss of 20 lbs and several dress sizes, but in her self-concept and overall health. Congratulations!

And congrats to all who've been following our meal plans and making fitness a priority. Way to go!
