Chocolate Protein Smoothie
CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
This is a great Protein Supplement if your finding it difficult to get enough protein in your diet. It's fast, easy to make, and a tasty way of adding balance to your meals that are lacking in the protein department.
Ingredients:
1 Scoop of Whey Protein. I recommend American Whey.
1 tsp of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
Directions:
1. Place a scoop of Whey into a blender
2. Add 1 tsp of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
3. Fill the blender 3/4 full with ice.
4. Fill 3/4 full with water
5. Blend until it's smooth

Where do you find American Whey protein powder? I haven't been able to find it at Wal-Mart or Kroger.
