Staying Fit For The 4th!


Here's a healthy alternative to the normal calorie packed cheese dips that will help you stay fit this 4th Of July!






LOW-FAT/LOW-CAL MEXICAN CHEESE DIP


Ingredients:

16 oz. Low Fat/Low Cal Yogurt
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix

Directions:
1. Mix the Ranch dip with 16 oz. Yogurt in a medium sized bowl.
2. Let chill for an hour.

Serves 6-8
